Health Guarantee

All of our puppies are current on vaccinations and are tested for parasites on a weekly basis. In addition to the health certificate provided at the time of purchase, we also guarantee the health of our puppies for the following time periods after the original purchase date.

Our Guarantee

We do not believe your poodle puppy is replaceable but do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of your poodle puppy within one year from its date of birth due to genetics, or if the poodle puppy is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affects the health of your poodle puppy, we will replace the poodle puppy with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

1-Year Congenital / Hereditary Disorder Guarantee

All our poodle puppies purchased come with a health guarantee. Within 10 days of purchasing your new poodle puppy, you must take him/her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines, within 10 days of purchase, that your dog is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you can contact us.

Our poodle puppies are 100% guaranteed to be in good health and free of any signs of infection and any contagious or communicable diseases at time of adoption. We take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when you take home a poodle puppy from us. As a family of breeders, experienced poodle puppy counsellors, and die-hard poodle puppy lovers, we’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our poodle puppies. However, certain things are never in our control. A poodle puppy’s health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. While we may not be able to guarantee that your poodle puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee to do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

We require all our poodle puppies to undergo an extensive health check before they come home to you. This health check is performed by our vet, who is required to fill out our Veterinary Health Report. This report, created for us by a licensed veterinarian, is designed to examine the condition of every poodle puppy for: Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal.

While we de-worm & vaccinate your puppy puppy till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming & conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by your vet).

We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings or breeding ability of your new poodle puppy. No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia, are over-weight. Failure to provide your poodle puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.
